Welcome to Daley Designs by Toni (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.daleydesignsbytoni.com) and the purchase of our products.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Custom Orders

Daley Designs by Toni specializes in custom and personalized products including, but not limited to:

• Apparel

• Stationery (invitations, business cards, programs, etc.)

• Sublimation items (mugs, tumblers, apparel, etc.)

• Laser engraved products
  

Because many items are custom-made, slight variations in color, placement, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

Proof approval (when provided) is the customer’s responsibility. Once a proof is approved, we are not responsible for spelling errors, design errors, or omissions.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Sales Tax

Daley Designs by Toni is based in Minnesota and collects Minnesota state sales tax where required by law.

Customers are responsible for any additional local taxes or fees that may apply.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on the product and order volume.

Estimated production times are provided at checkout or via custom quote. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once an order is shipped, Daley Designs by Toni is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Non-custom items may be eligible for return within [X] days of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, artwork, and content created by Daley Designs by Toni remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute designs without permission.

We reserve the right to use product photos for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested.

8. Customer-Provided Artwork

By submitting logos, images, or artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.

Daley Designs by Toni is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided designs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Daley Designs by Toni is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Misuse of products

• Allergic reactions to materials

• Damages exceeding the total purchase amount
  

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
