Because most of our products are custom-made or personalized, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, sublimated, and laser engraved products are:

❌ Non-refundable
❌ Non-returnable
❌ Non-exchangeable

This includes items with:

  • Custom names

  • Dates

  • Logos

  • Custom sizing

  • Uploaded artwork

Please carefully review proofs and order details before approving.

2. Proof Approval

If a digital proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review spelling, layout, sizing, and details.

Once a proof is approved, Daley Designs by Toni is not responsible for errors.

3. Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will evaluate and offer a replacement if appropriate.

5. Shipping Issues

Daley Designs by Toni is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

6. Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

Because many items are custom-made, cancellations are not guaranteed after purchase.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is filed for a custom product that was produced according to approved proof, Daley Designs by Toni reserves the right to provide proof of approval and production documentation to the payment processor.
